Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges of items in perfect condition are not possible. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, please let us know within 14 days of receipt by email to jonny.billeter@4fondue.ch, including your order number and photos of the defect. We will find a solution together, such as a replacement, repair or refund. In this case, we will cover the cost of any return shipment.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
