We ship from Switzerland with DHL, within Switzerland.

• Shipping costs: CHF 9.90, free from CHF 79

Returns

For hygiene reasons, items in perfect condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 14 days of receipt at jonny.billeter@4fondue.ch, with your order number and photos. We will find a solution together and cover any return shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
